Building and Fabric Services

At EIS, we understand that a clean office is important to the health and morale of your employees, along with your company image. Our approach is designed to help protect the investment you have made in your facilities and equipment.
The initial impression of any company is usually based on the look of your offices or premises, EIS janitorial services guarantees that these are maintained to the highest, most presentable, standard throughout your working day.

We provide a fast, flexible and totally reliable janitorial service, providing both part and full time janitors throughout your organisation to maintain your premises during working hours; even when those are outside your core cleaning hours.
Providing janitorial services outside of normal cleaning hours, is a supplementary service that enhances the appearance of your premises while regular cleaning throughout the normal operating hours keeps the appearance of all areas in an immaculate condition. This is especially important in toilet, reception and guest waiting areas. Our onsite janitor continually monitors cleanliness of toilets, topping up paper dispensers, changing washroom towels removing spillages and reacting to client requests.

Onsite janitors also provide cover in emergency situations, cleaning outside areas, monitoring car parks, operating CCTV systems and reception areas and of course any other unforeseen occurrence that may require attention.
EIS provides both male and female janitors fully uniformed with your company livery.

Our maintenance services include planned preventative as well as building and fabric maintenance. We operate on-site and mobile teams depending on the nature of contract and we link these services via software systems to provide an audit trail and performance measurement.

EIS can deliver a comprehensive building fabric service to you that will ensure facilities are safe and remain statutory compliant. Throughout our tenure, we will preserve design, functional, operational and visual integrity in scoping building and fabric assets.

EIS prefers to self-deliver these services in partnership with local specialist supply chain partners. We are committed to ensuring that all building fabric is fit for purpose by undertaking a robust planned and reactive maintenance regime to effectively manage your building fabric inventory.

We take full responsibility for ensuring these services are performed in accordance with all statutory and legislative requirements while taking into account manufacturers’ design, inspection, maintenance, warranty requirements and good industry practice, ensuring that your working environment is maintained to the highest standards.

Safe systems of work are fundamental to the successful management of health and safety in the workplace and EIS provide a formalised means of controlling work activities under the umbrella of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE).
