  • Central separation and sorting of mail
  • Mail distribution (collection and delivery)
  • Inter-site mail distribution
  • Express mail and courier management.
  • Research and changes.


For Mailroom Services in particular, our approach will deliver to you:

  • Electronic access to performance statistics, service reports and immediate escalation of any issues which could impact clients
  • Direct ownership of the service at Offices by the most senior site based person who is responsible for service
  • Escalation if required to the immediate line manager of our member of staff responsible for service and to our Account Director if required
  • Electronic Access to Mailroom Services for times and costs, or if preferred by the user, a ‘One Stop Shop’ via our FM Helpdesk
  • A synergised service, through integration with other service streams, namely the Porterage Service, to drive best value and the most efficient delivery model and resource resilience
