The success of our company is rooted in the dedication, skills and care of our people, its not surprising therefore that Elior is wholly committed to ensuring that they have the best possible environment in which to work and develop.
For our customers, our employees are the face of Elior and they have a valuable part to play in how we do business. So we make sure we listen to them.
Each year we carry out an employee survey and ensure that all views expressed by employees are properly evaluated with follow-up discussions actions taken. The results of the survey are communicated to each and every employee.
We encourage our people to generate ideas and reward those who improve business performance, customer care and service, employee satisfaction, environmental focus and community relationships.
We also invite feedback from our people through our main internal communications method the “extranet”, where employees can place comments on articles or indeed write for feedback. Our CEO Michael Audis writes a newsletter every month called “Focus” and encourages everyone to write to him personally with ideas, suggestions or comments. EIS also has its own internal magazine “evolve” written by and for employees.
In developing potential everyone benefits from a workforce that can reach its full potential: if our people are stimulated and fulfilled, customers receive the highest possible service and Elior continues to grow. With this in mind, we provide regular feedback, clear guidance on management best practice and core competencies, and generous access to training and development opportunities.
